UK Delivery

Any UK order with value of £30 or more has FREE UK delivery. UK orders under £30 will have a £6.25 post and packaging charge.

Republic of Ireland delivery

Any ROI order the delivery charge is a flat rate £11.95. Please note your ROI order is despatched from Northern Ireland and will have no import charges

If your order has already been processed by our despatch team and collected by our courier, we will be unable to cancel it. However you can return it once delivered.

WIB272.co.uk will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Items of an intimate nature such as sextoys, lubes and underwear cannot be returned if not in original unopened packaging. Due to health and safety of our customers and staff we stick rigidly to this policy.

Are the batteries sealed in a plastic film?
The batteries included with some sextoys are wrapped in a clear plastic seal. The batteries will not work while the seal is in place, you need to carefully remove the seal and replace batteries in the correct positive and negative orientation.

Is the battery cap screwed on tightly?
You need to ensure the twist base covering the batteries has been tightened as much as possible - sometimes a small extra twist can make the sextoy work.
Sometimes on sex toys the spring contacts can get compressed so they don't maintain contact well with the battery - a gentle tug on the spring can help set the tension required to keep the battery contacts nice and snug.

Check the battery compartment
Some vibrators, and bullets, are supplied with the batteries already inserted. These usually have a small paper or plastic disc in the battery compartment to isolate the batteries from manufactuering process to end user to preserve the battery life. This isolating disc needs to be removed before you can turn the vibrator on. You can also check that the plastic sleeve that lines the battery compartment is in place.

Is your sextoy rechargeable?
Ensure you have charged your sextoy for the recommended time - some toys can take 24 hours to charge fully. A rechargeable item normally has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged. Certain toys may differ in charging cycles, please refer to the manufacturers instructions included.

This can be a marmite experience for each individual person. You either love the smell or dont like it. Due to the materials used especially rubber, silicon and laytex sextoys have their own odours. Over time the odour will become less when washed in luke warm soapy water or sextoy cleaner.

With every item of clothing we try to list the manufacturers size chart which is generally a good guideline. Please be realistic when ordering and dont let your ego get in the way. For example if you are a gorgeous plus size, dont hope a UK size 10 will fit. It honestly wont.

This is pretty important. In general water based lubes work on all toys no matter what material. However the more intricate detailed and life like feel SILICONE sextoys cannot be used with silicone lubes. Silicone lubes will destroy the silicone material of your sextoy.
